Park City Brewery is medium-scale craft brewery with over seven beer variations and more in development. Our beers in are hundreds of locations and in dozens of restaurants & bars in Utah. Stay tuned as we announce further distribution in other states.

Like many of the best businesses in the country, Park City Brewery started in a garage. We stuck to that “brewing in a garage” mentality when we found our location, transforming an old auto body shop into a full-scale brewery you see today, including the massive roll-up door in our taproom.

Our Story & The Team

Our passions are great beer and the outdoors. It’s the reason we’re here in Park City and why most of us spent the majority of our careers working in the outdoor industry, before we started Park City Brewery.

Early in the history of the brewery, we were brewing our delicious prototype beer in a garage and decided to trade beer for gear, and those are our roots. These beers were wildly popular among the gearheads in the Wasatch and years later you’re looking at our professional beer offerings.

When we set out to start Park City Brewery, we did not want to make overly complex beers that pair well with your favorite type of poultry or fish. To us, craft beer doesn’t always mean pushing the envelope beyond tasty, easy to drink, and alyways-enjoyable. While innovation is important to us, crafting sessionable ales that are great to drink, anytime and always, is our #1 goal.
